These Terms of Service govern your use of Zuri's website-generation and business-growth platform. By creating an account or using Zuri, you agree to these terms.
Zuri provides tools for small and medium businesses to generate a website, receive a personalized content strategy and action plan, track their growth, and connect with service providers through the agency directory. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you publish through your Zuri-generated website and for complying with applicable laws relevant to your business.
- You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.
- You may not use Zuri to publish content that is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes prohibited goods and services.
- Zuri reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
2. Privacy Policy
We collect the information necessary to generate and operate your website: business details, content preferences, and subscription/billing data processed through supported payment providers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data collected is used to provide and improve the service, generate your website and content plan, process payments, and communicate with you about your account. As a platform operating in Nigeria, Zuri takes its obligations under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) seriously and is working toward full compliance ahead of public launch.
3. Payments
Subscription payments made through Zuri are processed via Flutterwave. Zuri is not a payment processor and is not directly responsible for payment disputes, which are subject to the relevant provider's terms.
4. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Zuri evolves. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders.
